Ice came off Windigo Lake the earliest we have ever recorded since the 1970s on 3/13/2024. There were a few days after that in March when a bit of crust looked like it was starting to form again, but nothing substantial and open water remained.
Thanks to everyone who attended our Spring Dinner at Trailways Inn on 4/27. We were happy to support the new owners and we had 35 people in attendance.
